Quality control
The quality standard is known from the onset. With this standard for a benchmark, we consistently monitor procedures, approach and results. We do so through voice logs of all the positive interviews, by monitoring interviews on a daily basis, by providing feedback in case of complaints and by rewarding top quality work.
